ReGen Therapeutics Limited
is merging with Futurum Group

ReGen Therapeutics was once a pharmaceutical company. That chapter closed long ago. This page tells you what has happened since and where things are heading.

About ReGen Therapeutics Limited

ReGen Therapeutics Limited (Company Registration No. 07476879) was originally a pharmaceutical company but sold that business many years ago. Since then, shareholders have retained their holdings in the company while its directors, Timothy Shilton and Norman Lott, have been actively seeking the right opportunity to generate real value for those shareholders. That search led them to Futurum Group. To avoid any confusion with other businesses of a similar name, we want to be clear that ReGen Therapeutics Limited has no current involvement in pharmaceuticals, cancer research, drug development or medical treatments of any kind.

Futurum Group is a children's media and entertainment company already well on its way to success, with a portfolio of independently valued TV animation IPs, signed broadcaster contracts across 120+ countries with names including NBC Universal, Cartoonito and Netflix, and a clear pathway to a public listing on AIM or the London Stock Exchange later in 2026.

The merger brings together Futurum's momentum and IP with the capital raised through the ReGen Rights Issue, accelerating the machine and giving existing ReGen shareholders a meaningful stake in something with real global potential. Over 1,500 shareholders are already registered and Phase 3 is now open to external investors.
